Every page separates a program statement from a primary-source confirmation. The source register names the owner, the scope, and the date checked; missing evidence stays marked as an open gap. The discipline is not unique to health writing: a page about strange noises in the house at night faces the same test, recording what was reported, naming who checked it, and keeping the ordinary explanation in view.

Safety and review

The publication does not diagnose, direct withdrawal, choose medication, or place a person in care. Pages involving medical risk point readers to qualified professionals and current official routes.
